Do
- Document [random?] acts of kindness.
- Provide feedback to other members who post content.
- Provide a backstory / context for media you produce or share.
- Share content you find here on other social networks.
- Develop [private] relationships with other users on the platform using groups or DMs.
- Priority 1: Preserve the anonymity of anyone – including yourself – engaging in an act of kindness. Priority 2: Avoid using identifiable information that could ID the beneficiary. Use common sense around things like last names, locations, etc.
Don’t
- Take part in self-promotion. That is, share content you produced here on non-anonymous social networks. Your friends know your voice! We can’t exactly stop you, but if you’re doing that you’re missing the point 🙂
- Take any actions that might threaten the anonymity of another content creator or others that appear in content you find posted here.
- Share sensitive, identifiable data about yourself or another user unless in a private channel (e.g., direct message).
- Attempt to monetize this experiment or the content shared here.
